Before AUVS can supply any Home Use Phototherapy to a patient, we require a letter from your Dermatologist stating that you will be using the equipment under their supervision (regular reviews).
Once you have the equipment, you will need to consult your Dermatologist about the treatment dose and schedule (frequency).
