Secondary Effluent/Wastewater

For the disinfection of secondary effluent/wastewater, both modular channel units and open bath units are available.

Open bath units have the following features

  1. •All wetted parts are manufactured from 316 stainless steel

  2. •Fitted with turbulence baffles for greater efficiency

  3. •Individual fault indication

  4. •Hours run meter

  5. •Specially designed germicidal Tri-lamps

  6. •Adjustable feet to allow ease of leveling

  7. •Safety switches on all covers

  8. •Low running costs and easily maintained

  9. •Easy installation


Open bath units are manufactured in standard size

from 5L/sec to 100L/sec in a single unit, for larger

flows the units can be manifolded together and

switched by flow measuring equipment for cost savings.



 

Channel units have the following features

  1. •Modules are manufactured in 4, 6 and 8 lamp configuration

  2. •Modules are manufactured from 316 stainless steel

  3. •Aluminium tread plate safety covers

  4. •Labyrinth weir for outlet end of channel

  5. •Units are individually sized for specific effluent conditions

  6. •316 stainless steel cross channel cable trays
